In this workshop we will look at:
- The negative self talk that keeps us stuck.
- How we develop our sense of self and how we can begin to change that in lasting and rewarding ways
- Our areas of natural confidence and how to grow and spread a sense of ease into areas of our lives that are currently painful or stressful.
- We will make a commitment to non-judgment and begin to experience life from a place of growing self-acceptance.
- We will gain an understanding of how and why our healthy defense mechanisms get stuck and cause us problems later in life.
